Curated by Erwin Romulo, Bakit Pa, Silke Lapina’s upcoming exhibition explores faith, doubt, and the evolving landscapes of belief.
Through video, hand-engraved mirrors, and text-based works, Lapina reimagines religious iconography, where a priest’s face shifts between genders, sacred prayers become sites of self-reflection, and biblical eroticism challenges the boundaries of holiness.
